James Wendell Donley started Donley Realty in July 1974. He founded the business on the principal of honesty and hard work. He has seen many changes in the market in the last 33 years of business. Linda Donley worked as secretary for him in 1974 – 1977. He sold the family business to his daughter-in-law, Linda Donley in January 2005. She has been licensed in real estate since 1989 and got her brokers license in 1994. She has continued to get her designations continually keeping up with technology but never losing site of the “high tech” “high touch” personal relationships it takes to find the perfect home for you or help you sell your most valued investment in life. Linda has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), ePRO (online training for electronic transactions) and the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designations. Linda has been married to Keith for 32 years and they have 4 children. Over the years they have opened their “home” up to over 13 foster children and still enjoy seeing them. Amy Donley married their oldest son, Brent, and joined the company in March of 2005. Linda and Amy work as a team and closely monitor each transaction from start to finish. Amy has also earned the ABR designation. They look forward to helping you with each step of the transaction. They work together effectively, efficiently and are there to serve you together.
